Katerina Latushka
UX/UI Designer
The Science of Design.
The Art of People.
Background
I am a UX/UI researcher and designer dedicated to building
accessible, data-driven, and intuitive digital experiences.
With a foundation in Computer Science, Business Management, and Data Analytics, I bridge the gap between aesthetic design
and effective user behavior.
My work combines human-centered design principles with analytical depth, drawing on experience co-authoring research with Cambridge University and collaborating with Harvard University on large-scale studies in behavioral design and user experience. Through these projects, I developed a strong understanding of how human perception, motivation, and usability interact to shape meaningful digital products.
Currently pursuing my Honors Bachelor of Computer Science at Rollins College, I has led cross-functional projects in UX strategy, web development, and product design for organizations including Kalogon Smart Seating, HappinessPoint LLC, and the Rollins Center for Leadership & Community Engagement. My portfolio reflects an iterative process of research, empathy, and precision, resulting in designs that drive engagement, trust, and measurable impact.
Beyond the screen, I am deeply committed to leadership, innovation, and community impact. As an Alfond Scholar, Phoenix Generation Fellow, and Vice President of ACM, I am empowering teams to approach technology with purpose, creating systems that not only function well but serve people well.
